Best Dell Laptops for the Price- High Quality Performance for the Best Price

I needed to replace a 7 year old Toshiba and the Dell got decent reviews. This being a model being replaced this year, it had a very good price. I made a discovery that the new windows 10 is not compatible with windows 7 so you have to buy a special cable and program made by on of bill gates buddy's company. also this computer comes loaded with so much Microsoft garbage, I spent almost two hours removing as much as I could. as delivered this computer was pretty slow compared to my seven year old computer. after removing most of the trash, it started working faster. I am not a fan of windows ten and will probably replace it later. none of this is the computer's fault. the touch screen is a nice feature and I am still learning on this, but so far I am pleased with this purchase. I would have given five stars except for all the trash loaded up.I would recommend this computer as long as you are aware of all the trash loaded up.
Strengths: Nice crisp sound with headphones, great lightweight machine and power cord, cool running (no heat whatsoever from machine or power cord). Also, contrary to some odd reviews, I get full network speeds with wifi.

Limiting qualities: Small hard drive, low-power processor. A small amount of patience must be acquired for those who are using this to replace a full spectrum, mid/high-powered machine. You're not getting a $500 tablet or a $900 laptop in disguise. You're getting a light weight, light power, 11" display machine that is worth what it costs. No more, no less.

Takeaways: As a teacher who does not much more than word-processing, streaming music, and light internet use, this machine is ideal. For what it costs, it's a great value and unlike a chromebook, it can run full applications instead of online versions of office apps. Any of the flaws that other reviews have included have proved either to be false or a result of limited knowledge or unrealistic expectations on the part of the users. A small amount of tech-saavy for tweaking things like the hard-drive hungry OS files and the sluggish touchpad settings can make this a perfectly acceptable machine.
Finding a computer the buy really isnt even that hard! Try these trusted brands and youll be good to go in no time! Get clockwork done in a pinch with this amazing touchable keyboards

I was nervous before I bought it because I have some shaky history of purchasing expensive and luxurious items online; either they aren't in as good condition that the posting claimed or some other unneeded nonsense, but when as soon as I received this computer and inspected it thoroughly, I was EXTREMELY pleased. Lightning fast, supremely designed, and feels very durable. Honestly, I really would've paid more than $500 for this laptop. I feel like I got the deal of the year. To wrap this up, I highly recommend this computer to anybody who's looking at it.

Which offers so much for years if taken care of. This is more durable than the rest, so meaning it will have a long life span,. It's the best in it's class and should be considered for a great use for business, gaming, and YouTube all at the same time! Lol is't that great! It's an excellent laptop, ignore the bad reviews. Not a lot of bloatware and the TN screen is not a big deal and you get a faster refresh rate than IPS also easy on the eyes. The video card does great on high end games at top settings with no freezing, the TI version is not exactly better, just better in some areas. I'm very impressed with it and if it is not enough room on the SSD then do what I did and buy another 256 GB (SATA) on crucial along with an 8 GB DDR4 2400Mhz stick of ram and it's a Ferrari. Get a good free antivirus like avira, get rid of some of the bloatware but be careful not to delete anything with drivers, and if you plan to video capture leave the Xbox app. I really can't believe the bad reviews, even with the addons your under a grand with a very high end machine. The charger is long and has a nice power light along with the slick look of the keyboard and red backlights which actually looks great so if your contemplating this vs an asus or the hp omen like I was I'd def go for this one again. Oh and the fans are pretty quiet and effective along with easy to clean since you have one screw on the bottom of this and run a plastic pry tool around the edge and your into all the hardware. Also it boots in about 5 secs and I have a lot of programs booting on startup just to see how it would handle it. Great buy at this price since a lot of other choices have a hybrid drive or optical with under 200GB SSD or none at all, also the Ram speed is 2400 and capable of 2666 MHz according to crucial with 32 GB MAX (2 slot ) Hope this helps someone!
